Billing is monthly and in arrears — you're charged at the start of each month for the previous month's usage. If your shipment count puts you in a higher tier, we upgrade you automatically and bill the difference. You'll always see a clear breakdown on your invoice.
Yes. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel your paid plan at any time from your account settings. Your account will revert to the Free tier at the end of the current billing period and your data is retained.
Prices are displayed and billed in the currency that matches your billing address. Canadian accounts are billed in CAD; US accounts are billed in USD. The applicable currency is shown at checkout before you confirm any payment.

Yes. Plan changes take effect immediately. When you upgrade mid-cycle you're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the month. When you downgrade, the change applies at the start of your next billing cycle so you keep your current capacity through to the end of the period.
